Dear Cavers
We are currently organizing the 3rd International Cave Photographers Meeting to be held in Turkey in July 25th - August 1st 2015. This is not
a conference or a symposium. The purpose of the meeting is to make friends, share our views and experiences on cave photography in a pure
spirit of friendship and cooperation.
The first meeting was held in Olargues, France in 2011. The second was in Trieste, Italy in 2013.
The format of the gathering is as follows:
- Each day, the photographers and their assistants split into groups and visit different caves to work.
- Transportation to caves and caver guides are provided by the organization.
- Everybody stays in the same facility, in shared rooms
- Breakfast and dinner are served in the facility, lunch packs are provided for the day.
- Each night, after dinner, a gathering is held to show case photos and share experiences.
- There is no competition. With the photos collected during this experience, we hope to realize a book.

Participation in this international gathering is by invitation only and limited to 4 people (photographers+assistants) per country. The main
participant needs to be an experienced cave photographer, preferably with achievements.
We would very much like to see participation from your country for this organization. We therefore kindly ask you to act as contact person to
inform interested cave photographers from your country. If you identify, inform and preselect a potential candidate, we need him/her to send us a short biography and some sample photos of his work. We will then ask them to register at the web-site for themselves and their assistants.
