Και δεδομένου ότι το νερό μπαίνει στο αυλάκι για την φετινή Βαλκανική, ας στρέψουμε το βλέμμα μας σε μια άλλη Ελλάδα, την μεγάλη Ελλάδα

Το καράβια σαλπάρουν από Πάτρα Παρασκευή απόγευμα ("κλέβουμε" μισή μέρα από την δουλειά), και είμαστε στον χώρο της συνάντησης νωρίς το μεσημέρι. Την Δευτέρα είναι του Αγιοπνεύματος, και επιστρέφουμε όποτε θέλουν οι πολλοί - Τρίτη βράδυ με το πλοίο για να είμαστε Πέμπτη στην δουλειά, Τετάρτη βράδυ για να είμαστε Παρασκευή στην δουλειά, ή την παίρνουμε όλη την εβδομάδα και επιστρέφουμε και Σάββατο που λέει ο λόγος.

Με μία μέρα παραπάνω, πάμε σε 90 λεπτά από τον χώρο της συνάντησης στο αρχαιολογικό στην Νεάπολη, στην Πομπηία, άντε και στον Βεζούβιο για τους μη κουλτουριάριδες.
Με δεύτερη μέρα παραπάνω, κάνουμε το τετράωρο ταξιδάκι στο Ρήγιο που έχει κάτι αγάλματα που θέλω να δω.

Προϋπολογισμό δεν έχω βγάλει ακόμα, αλλά πιστέψτε με, θα βγάλω...

Μια πρώτη εκτίμηση το βάζει στα 220-250 € (3 άτομα στο αυτοκίνητο, χωρίς την εγγραφή στην συνάντηση, αλλά με την εκδρομή στην Νεάπολη/Πομπηία)

Το αρχαιολογικό στην Νεάπολη έχει είσοδο 8 €, αλλά την πρώτη Κυριακή του μήνα είναι ελεύθερη η είσοδος.
Η Πομπηία έχει είσοδο 11 €, αλλά συνδυάζεται με 4 άλλους χώρους στα 20 €
Tα διόδια για Νάπολη 2 €, από Μπάρι για κατασκήνωση, χωρίς διόδια.
Στο Μπάρι εννοείται στάση στην κάρα του Αγ. Νικολάου...

Ζηλεύω!

Πάντως, Νότια Ιταλία και ειδικά στο Bari κλπ, μεγάλη προσοχή στα πράγματά σας και στα αυτοκίνητα. Οι ντόπιοι μέσα στην διάθεσή τους να κάνουν τη ζωή των τουριστών πιο εύκολη τείνουν συχνά να τους απαλλάσσουν από τα "περιττά βάρη". Έχουν πάει φίλοι και πέρασαν τέλεια αλλά υπάρχουν αντίστοιχα περιπτώσεις που κάποιοι τις θυμούνται και κλαίνε ακόμα.

Dear Caver Friends,

The 10th edition of the EuroSpeleo Forum will take place next year in Italy from the 30th May until 2nd June 2015. The meeting will take place in the villages of Auletta and Pertosa (Salerno) just south-east of the city of Naples. The EuroSpeleo Forum will be held at the occasion of the XXII National Italian Congress of Speleology organized by the Italian Speleological Society (SSI), Federazione Speleologica Campana, Gruppo Speleo Alpinistico Vallo di Diano and is supported by Fondazione MIdA, Comune di Pertosa, Comune di Auletta. The theme of the event will be “Sharing Data”.

Last weekend the congress and its program were officially presented in Pertosa.

The Congress is focused on Data Sharing. The aim is to enable a fruitful dialogue between researchers, cavers and institutions in order to agree on the way data may and should be the technical backbone for the choices on territorial planning and management of the environment. Teaming for the different parties will be encouraged by means of flexible meetings, each covering all the relevant topics as detailed in the all-encompassing sub-fields.

Sessions will be held on: Documentation, Communication, Science, Exploration, Protection and Prevention.

Agenda, from Saturday May 30, 2015, 9:00 to Tuesday June 02, 2015, 13:00:

• Museum MIdA 01 (Pertosa) - congress sessions

• Museum MIdA 02 (Pertosa) - workshops

• Jesus (Auletta) - exhibits and shows

• “Casa delle Parole” [House of words] (Auletta) – research seminars for a wider audience

Auletta and Pertosa will be connected by a shuttle service during the Congress. During the evenings and nights there will be speleo events in the open, wine and food booths, music and concertos.

Excursions

From May 30 to June 7 it will be possible to visit all the territory of the “Parco Nazionale del Cilento Vallo di Diano e Alburni” and some of the most interesting caves in the Alburni massif.

It will be possible to join organized tours with qualified guides on the Alburni and Cervati massifs and in the most interesting historic and archeologic places of the area.
